Where: Grand Hyatt Tokyo – Grand Ballroom ( MAP )
When: Friday 24th May
Time : Starts 18:30
18:30: Registration and pre-event drinks in the Grand Ballroom Foyer
19:25: Guests seated for dinner and the action begins!
23:20: Closing ceremony
23:30: After party at the Oak Door with live entertainment!
Dress code:-
Ladies: Cocktail dress
Gents: Black tie
When you get there :
If you have provided me with your name and guest name they will be on a electronically log in screen ?
If you want to find me or the group there will be a deVere Booth and I will probably be around there .
