I remember learning this phrase in school “seize the day” , only as you get older you realised how important this is .
It encourages you to focus on the :
-Present
-Appreciate the value of every moment in life
-Avoid postponing things unnecessarily,

As every life eventually comes to an end.
This #covid_19 pandemic has bought this back to our mind ,

“Yesterday is history, tomorrow is a mystery, today is a gift of God, which is why we call it the present.”
